great picture....the 35% of time it works!

| I bought this TV on Black Friday in '05 and got an awesome deal, so I thought. Little did I know that only two months later, the nightmare with Toshiba would begin. I'm currently (4/07) working on getting rid of the second one of these TVs, b/c the first one had to be replaced with the second hunk of junk I'm working on getting rid of now. I've spent countless hours fighting with Toshiba about them sending me a new lamp unit, then getting the TV serviced, then getting the TV swaped for new one, then getting a new lamp unit, then getting it serviced, then getting it serviced again, . . . you get it. This is BY FAR the worst experience I've had with a company and the biggest waste of time and money. I will NEVER buy a Toshiba product again and strongly discourage you from doing so either. |
