| After less than 18 months of ownership, my player, which I had treated with exceptional care, began putting large, arc-shaped cuts into random discs. I gave the player the benefit of the doubt at first, but after 4 discs were scratched in the same manner, in different slots, I knew this player was the problem. Then, to add insult to injury, the player stopped reading discs entirely just this week. I now have a huge, worthless player that I spent $600.00 on just last year. I wish I could say this was the first problem I've had with a sony product. From this moment on, I will never buy any sony electronic equipment. |
