the pc part of this unit don't work out of the box can't seem to get help with this?????

| I had got the unit and it looked good but after trying to use the pc part of the system i had found this part of the unit did not work. After calling samsung for help i steel had a new unit that i can't use with my laptop???? this was y I had bout it in the frist place i am not happy with the unit at all don't buy it stay away. i gess that was y it was cheep? |
