To much money

| I ordered the product on 2/6/08 and received them on 2/18/08. I also paid extra money to have them shipped 3-5 days. I beleive I was over charged since I didn't receive them within that time frame. I feel I should get reimburse the diffence between standard shipment and the express shipped since I didn't receive express shipment. |
