shipping problems

| I can't comment on the batteries themselves because I never received them. I ordered them in combination with the Sony charger and when I opened the box, the packing slip listed them as being present, but only the charger was in box. I emailed Amazon customer support and they quickly apologized and reordered the batteries at no cost. When that box arrived, the packing slip was the only thing in there. Amazon had shipped an empty box! I again contacted customer support and requested a refund, which they quickly granted. So something went wrong during the shipping process and I never received the batteries. I ended up picking up a package of Energizer batteries in-store and those work fine with the charger and my electronics. |
