When it arrived, I could not find a cable input/ouput jack on the back. When I called their customer service department, the man was less than helpful & told me that I would have to pay a reshelving fee if I were to return the item. After "haggling" with the "customer service" department, they did offer to forego this reshelving fee. This purchase was not worth the hassle & aggravation. I sent it to my daughter who has her own business & deals with electronics on a daily basis. Phillips is usually a good product. I think it was the supplier.
