| Very nice unit. Was bought to replace a similar Emerson AM/FM/WX/Clock/Radio purchased from Brookstone. The Emerson unit has a few more features (bright / dim dial lighting, dual alarm and silent buttons) but it was a piece of junk from a quality perspective. The Midland is a quality product. I can get by without the dual alarm, but I really miss not having dual settings for the dial light. The only settings are bright, and bright with 5-second delay to off. I also don't like that that all the buttons beep when you press them. This is annoying at night, when I want to check the time, and have to press a button to get the dial to light up. |
