Don't expect to ever receive your rebate
|
I bought two of these units from different retailers in September. I have yet to receive a rebate, and customer service hasn't reponded to either of my Help Desk tickets since December.
The AR price for this unit is great, but I never would have bought these pieces of junk had I suspected that the rebate wouldn't have come through.
Then again, that's the risk you take with rebates. Most people would say "I told ya so".
The MP3 players themselves are really chinzy -- cheap construction, limited functionality. |
