Trouble with Customs Officer in my country

| J&R forgot to include the invoice mail, so when the product arrived in my country, Honduras the customs officer charged me with 80 US dollars, it is not fair that because of that kind of mistake I have to pay almost the price of that product on a tax customs fine. J&R still haven't written me to say at least "sorry". |
