Can not take a picture while shooting a video?

I looked at this camcorder at a local store yesterday. I couldn't figure out how I can take a still picture while shooting a video (simultaneously) using this device. Most high-end cameras and camcorders have that feature these days and I use it a lot with my camera. I don't think that feature is supported by this camcorder, but if you disagree with my observation, please post a comment to this message.
