Great Rear Channels

| I've been using these as rear channel speakers in my (indoor) den, so they're really not supposed to be cranking out much sound back there, and they do just fine in this role. I can't comment on how well they would do as a main set of speakers. They're a more substantial size than most speakers that are labeled as surround speakers, so they can generate a fuller range of sound. The included wall-mount brackets work great, although I'm not able to point one of them as far to the side as I would like, due to the design of the bracket. They allow maybe 45 degrees of angle to the right or 45 degrees to the left, which is probably fine for most setups. They also allow to tilt up or down a good amount. These speakers are definitely "off-white", appearing to be about halfway between the white crown moulding and the cream-colored walls in my den, which worked out well for my wife! |
