HOW TO SOLVE YOUR PROBLEMS

| My GO VIDEO DVD/VCR Recorder has worked fine, with only a few minor issues. Recently it stopped recognizing DVD+R discs, but worked fine with DVD-R discs. I bought a DVD HEAD CLEANER for less than $10 (available everywhere for as little as $3+ship or as much as $20). Now it works great for all discs again. When I FINALIZE DISCS so that I can play them on other DVD players, if I play it on my widescreen 32" LCD HDTV, I see faint lines that look like a giant fingerprint. I haven't tried this after I cleaned the head, so it might be better now. This isn't the highest quality equipment in the world but it's one of the best that I have ever owned. |
