Too Hard To Make 802.11 Work...
|
This camera seems only to work while cabled to the network via ethernet cable.
I configured it to use an IP on my LinkSys, then forwarded port 80 traffic to it. And it works great while on the ethernet cable. But once I pull the cable it's dead.
And if the power were to go out your settings, at least the NTP time server config, are gone and it will start reading 1970 for the date.
This camera is a completely frustrating let down.. |
