After a couple of unanswered emails to "customer service" at Audiovox, I was finally advised that they would try to repair the player for a fee of $79.95!!! That's right, $80 to repair a $115 item!! I'm going to save my $80 bucks and put it toward a new DVD player, from a reputable manufacturer. As a result of this experience, I will NEVER buy another Audiovox product and I will make a point of telling everyone I know about my terrible experience with them.   1     2     3   Non User
