The only reason I give it a three is because Chow is in it, and he is as good as ever. Really, his bad movies are usually not his fault. It was always either the translation, the directing, or the plot that make some of his movies bad. I don't think he wanted to do a sequel, and that is why it took him many years to finally do it. The problem lies in the director, who thought he could make more money by making a sequel. He did exactly that, but he also messed up a perfect story.
