I Love You Again Customer Reviews   1     2     3   ♥♥♥♥♥ HAIL THE CONQUERING HERO was much better. One of the lesser Powell - Loy pairings, both put in good performances but the script is a mess. According to imdb.com the story had a total of 6 people involved. While on a cruise teetotaler Powell gets hit on the head while saving a guy's life, that uncovers his forgotten memories of being a con man before being smacked on the head eight years earlier. He returns to his small town a hero and plays the part of the good guy while secretly setting the place up for a giant con job. Problem is he's married to Loy and Powell, the criminal, falls in love with her. That sounds like it'd be a laugh riot but it's not. The story never gets a good rhythm; it's like a series of gags with no soul. For a much better Powell-Loy collaboration watch LOVE CRAZY.   1     2     3   Non User
