Fun strenght training
|
| I love Leslie Sansone, and am a long time fan. I do enjoy some workouts more than others, and on another site I belong to I saw some negative reviews on this one, but decided to give it a shot. I completely disagree! If you are a Sansone fan (if not still go for it!) But it has two of the old tried and trues, Mary Kay and Carol working along with Leslie. It is a strenght training workout that you will need weights for, and is not hard, but gives you a great feeling that you have built up some strenght and worked some muscles. I love the background which is someone's beautiful house, and the music is upbeat and uplifting. I loved this one!! |
