Breathtaking and yet horrifying all at the same time. I cry

| Hawg Wild in Sturgis is one of those fine documentary gems that come along every so often. In the same genre of Hoop Dreams and Easy Rider, Hawg Wild does not falter like William Gates, but makes your dreams come true like a bad trip with Dennis Hopper. The film is basically a documnetation of every sub culture of the world famous Sturgis Motorcycle rally. From x-nam vets licking their wounds to coked up newly weds licking eachother. Love, tits and tattoos, the peaks and valleys of Hawg Wild in Sturgis can only be compared to that of Monica Lewisnky's girlish figure. The highlight of this underground classic is the world famous Shit House jumper. This scene is classic film making with a touch of ABC's Wide World of Sport thrown in. The camera captures the Shit House jumper prepare for his grand jump over the inflamed and engulfed shit house. 12 pack of beer and a half tank of gas later, the Shit house Jumper satisfies the crowd and the viewing audience. Hawg Wild in Sturgis..........a classic. |
