| I think this VHS is awesome. i have been using this video off and on for a few years. some people don't like her voice and the way she speaks or the outfits, but i find her voice soothing, especially when i am in the burn. i like this old style aerobics and not all the crap moves these days, grapevine, W, the new fangled stuff. I have done loads of work outs and always come back to this one. if you want a good workout and not be mentally exhausted afterwards, you will like this VHS.... please someone see this review and revive the old classics in DVD format.... This VHS right now is very hard to find... it is really a priceless workout... go Susan Harris..you Rock! |
