| I thought this video was very helpful in the different ways to exercise for different body types. The only thing I felt could be more helpful is that, during the video, if the focus wasn't always on the Gonadal body type. The instructor starts showing you how to exercise for her body type, before finally zooming out far enough so you can see what the other types are to do. It's okay if you've viewed it a few times before and know what to do. If you haven't done it enough you'll be exercising wrong until half way through the particular exercise. This is good for a starter video but I'm curious if they'll make another more advanced one for those of us a little more fit. |
