♥♥♥♥♥ The best women's soccer in the world- featuring Mia Hamm
The UNC Women's Soccer Program, winner of 12 of the 13 NCAA Championships ever played, is not just the most successful athletic program in the history of the University of North Carolina, it is the most successful program, male or female, in history of college athletics. dynasty is a fast moving two hour chronicle of the UNC Women's Soccer Program, which features extensive NCAA championship game highlights of UNC's exciting, attack oriented play, as well as interviews with Coach Anson Dorrance and former UNC players (and current national team stars) who have made this program so successful. dynasty is a high quality two hour, two tape package which includes: o extensive highlights from the 1985 through 1994 NCAA Championship games. These games represent the largest single collection of broadcast quality women's soccer coverage available. It is the only commercially available source of UNC and NCAA Women's Soccer footage. o in depth interviews with US National Team stars and former UNC players Mia Hamm, Tisha Venturini, Kristine Lilly, Carla Overbeck, and Wendy Gebauer in which they discuss; - What young players should do to develop their skills. - The challenges of the transition to college level soccer. - What it takes to become a world class soccer player. - What it takes to be a successful striker, midfielder, and defender. - How the coaches motivate the players.

o in depth interviews with UNC Head Coach Anson Dorrance and Assistant Coach Bill Palladino in which they discuss; - What young players should do to develop their skills. - The UNC game plan, how and why it works. - The UNC system of player development. - What makes a player a winner. - The women's game, how it differs from the men's, and it's future.

Joe Patterson, who produced the video in conjunction with Michael Sheehan, comments, " We felt there was a real need for a high quality program on women's soccer in general. In the US alone, there are over 7 million female soccer players under the age of 18. There are hundreds of soccer videos featuring men, but none specifically for and about young women. "Young women and girl soccer players want to see the world's best women in order to evaluate themselves and to see what is possible. The NCAA championship game highlights certainly give them a chance to see the best in the history of the women's game. It's also the only place most women soccer players can see their heroes in action. "In addition to being superb athletes, these poised, thoughtful, talented, hard working and successful young women provide the best possible role models for young women in any aspect of life. "There is more than an hour of tremendously exciting game footage. We thought about calling the program Relentless because that's a good description of the Carolina attack. We showed the tape at a number of soccer camps this summer and the kids were rapt. They kept cheering the action and gave the program a standing ovation at the end. "dynasty is not a tribute to Anson Dorrance and the UNC players. Their collective and individual accomplishments speak for themselves. The video is much more about women's soccer and young women; how to reach this unprecedented level of success in soccer, or anything else for that matter. It's got important lessons for players, coaches, parents, teachers, athletes in other sports, or any young woman, really."
