Jane Fonda's New Workout Customer Reviews   1     2     3   ♥♥♥♥♥ I LOVE JANE FONDA the beg. section has 12 min of cardio. 12 min? that sounds like nothing right? but trust meeee, it will def. get you sweating, esp if you really push yourself and put energy into it. this video is amazing, as are all of jane fonda's videos. she is sooo movtivating that you want to keep going, even when you cant do it! and her flexibility is just so inspiring. i actually want to do the video every day just so i can get to the point where i am flexible enough to perfectly do all the exersices! also, she doesnt have a boring cool-down at the end. you stretch each body group after it is worked, and cooldown with slower moving exersizes. you end the workout feeling completely refreshed. =)))   1     2     3   Non User
