Walk the Walk - Excellent!

| I found this video at Target this past Saturday and watched it when I got home. Needless to say, I got it out Sunday morning to do the workout. I was thrilled with it! It was easy, but I could feel everything I did. I have Leslie's 1, 2 and 3 mile Walk Away the Pounds tapes and enjoy all of them. This is a bit different in that you are firming, not doing aerobic exercise - which is exactly what I was looking for. There's not so much chatter, as she only has 2 on the floor with her, versus a large group. The music is very insprirational, which I thoroughly enjoyed too. I highly recommend this one for those who are just beginning to exercise, as well as those who just want something a little different from the walking. |
