| The only DVD my two kids can agree to watch together. The books are great, and these animated versions are well executed and the soundtrack is outstanding. Another reviewer posted negative comments regarding the music, but I assure you there is no jazz or disco on this dvd. An orchestral score accompanies the "Wild Things" and "The NUtshell Kids" benefit from Carole King's infectious melodies. This promted me to purchase the soundtrack to "Really Rosie", which features the Carole King songs on this DVD. Really imaginative and well executed, I can't imagine how anyone could possibly be disappointed. |
