Excellent Professional Material

I'd recommend this video for those seeking to understand emergency services' experiences and perhaps some challenges to incident command at a catastrophic incident. It's not great, but a nice addition to any reference collection.
I wouldn't particularly recommend it for those wanting to come to grips with their own feelings or understanding about what they saw on TV that day; it doesn't cover any new emotional ground or add insight into the attack.
The video is raw footage and as well shot as could be hoped for under the circumstances of the event. There's almost no narration--just ambient sound. The opening and closing titles are gratingly self-promoting--so what?
I couldn't have been more pleased with this DVD's purchase for myself. I first watched it at home; everyone but me lost interest and wandered in and out of the room. (Later viewed at work, everyone stayed.) The subtleties of first responder placement and reactions, as well as the problems created by the debris were seen in such detail, at so many different angles, and for so long (which is why my family wandered away bored) that I found it even more useful than Jules and Gedeon Naudet's 9/11 (itself a must-have).
