I look forward to working out

| So far i like it. I always heard people say things about exercise tapes about how they look forward to working out and i always thought i did too whenever i went walking, but i think i do even more so now. All the different moves keep your mind interested rather than just zoning out like with walking. It doesn't involve as much dancing as i figured it would from the infomercials but i still like it. Someone said they thought the music was great on this tape but i only like the cool-down music in them. But everyone is upbeat and slap-stick happy so they keep you motivated! |
