Meditation

I just bought this DVD last week and found it to be an effective meditation tool. Meditation is great way to get into mindfulness (or in another words be fully in the moment). The scenery on this DVD is beautiful and calming. Meditation gets you to slow down your thoughts and really teaches your mind what you choose to focus on in a positive light. Our thoughts can affect our world in a beneficial manner.
