Even after having read the excellent book, and knowing what would happen, I still thought this was an incredible movie. Even though it shows how obsessed Odessa (and Texas) is with football, and not in the best light, it's the truth on how it is there, as well as many other places in the country. The best part for me is how it can show, even if you don't like your teammates, you have one common goal and will do anything to get there together. Plus the moment with the Billingsley's at the end was awesome. Words can not describe that scene for me.   1     2     3   Non User
