Great Workout to add to current routine
|
| After having my second child I worked really hard to lose the weight. I currently was working out everyday but growing increasingly bored so I bought the Power Sculpt DVD (Love the Biggest Loser)and saw results almost immediately! I am giving this 5 stars because I typically hate to workout to videos but really enjoyed this one - the only negative is that I wish it was a little longer.....20 minutes of toning isn't enough for me...this video also makes a great addition to my daily cardio routine. |
