Bloated: Get Standard Version Instead

| This review is of the special edition of Aliens, which clocks in at 150 minutes, versus 117 for the theatrical release. This version moves with the pace of molasses in wintertime. The extra bits would have been nice as "deleted scenes" extras, but plugged into the movie, they ruin the ride. Instead of an adrenaline, white-knuckle experience, this is a cure for insomnia. I recommend getting the normal version, which is an awesome movie. |
