Amp your way to a fit and slender body!

| This workout is very good, you will sweat but not as much as the Get Ripped Advanced series which is my all time favourite; and you will feel fatigued at times but it definitely does the job. The only annoying thing is that the amplifier does not lock securely as it is supposed to do (when it opens to 24" or 30"), so be very careful that you do not injure yourself. You will work muscles that you have never done before especially with the Rockin' Buns dvd. My butt and thighs were on FIREEEEEE! but hang in there and you will get stronger with every move thrown at you and see the results. P.S Shellie is not annoying, she's feeling the burn like we do. |
