Visually Stunning
|
| This yoga video is so visually stunning that I had to just sit and watch the whole video before watching with intent to follow. It is set in a white sands desert with awesome camera angles. The music is just as spectacular and the instructor, Erich Schiffman, is calming and smooth. His direction is not always clearly stated, so it helps to already know some of the postures and the transitions from standing to sitting (or other) is abrupt at times. Ali is the name on the case and her yoga technique is excellent as is that of the others doing the postures. Enjoy |
